There were 1,139 white students enrolled in Richland Parish School District schools in the 2021-22 school year, 0.1% more than the previous year, according to the Louisiana Department of Education.

Data showed that Richland Parish School District welcomed 2,705 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, white students comprised 42.1% of the student body to be the second most represented ethnicity in the district.

Richland Parish School District roughly covers schools within Richland Parish and has a main office in Rayville.

Among the 12 schools in Richland Parish School District, Mangham Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of white students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of 295 students.
