There were 1,391 white students enrolled in West Carroll Parish School District schools in the 2021-22 school year, 4.1% less than the previous year, according to the Louisiana Department of Education.

Data showed that West Carroll Parish School District welcomed 1,809 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, white students comprised 76.9% of the student body to be the most represented ethnicity in the district.

West Carroll Parish School District roughly covers schools within West Carroll Parish and has a main office in Oak Grove.

Among the five schools in West Carroll Parish School District, Forest School recorded the highest enrollment of white students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of 389 students.

The majority of Louisiana students were identified as white and Black, representing 48% and 37% of the state student body respectively during the 2021–22 academic year. Hispanic students made up 8.6% of the student body, and other ethnic minorities made up 5.6%.
