Throughout history, influential African-American men and women have changed history through the power of their words. Now, it's your turn. Write your favorite quote + what it means to you on a notecard and bring it to the Louise Williams Branch Library for a chance to win. The top 3 picks will win a gift card and be featured in our Cattails newsletter! Notecards must be submitted by 01/27/23 to be entered into the contest and are limited to ages 12-18 only Gift card prizes will be awarded to first, second and third place winners.
