WHAT: Road Closure to Through Traffic 
WHEN: Friday, March 8, 2024 @ 8:00AM

The road will be closed to thru traffic on Parkview Drive between Crescent Street and Plum Street for the removal of the Parkview Drive Bridge. Following the removal of the bridge, a new storm drain will be installed. Work is expected to be in progress between the hours of 8:00AM – 2:30PM until March 21, 2024 (weather permitting).
 
Detours may be taken at South 10th Street. Detour Map Attached.
 
**We understand that this may create a short-term inconvenience. The City of Monroe thanks you in advance for your patience while work is in process and reminds you to please drive with caution while in the construction area. Be on the lookout for work crews and equipment in the work area, and please be mindful of all construction signage in the area**.
