On Saturday, April 26, former Franklin Parish High School standout Ashlyn Rodgers’ current college team, the Mississippi Choctaws, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Delta State Lady Statesmen.
The game took place at MC Softball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Statesmen this season.
The Choctaws’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 30 at 10 a.m. at Choccolocco Park against West Alabama Tigers.
