Congresswoman Julia Letlow, who represents Louisiana’s 5th district in the U.S. Congress, recently used her social media platform to highlight legislative initiatives and policy positions relevant to her constituents.
On July 25, 2025, Letlow promoted new legislation aimed at supporting agriculture in Louisiana. She wrote, “Take a look at how the Big, Beautiful Bill will provide a boost to our Louisiana farmers. @OfficialRFDTV https://t.co/6RxvfY8jEB”.
Later that day, she addressed gun rights and business protections in another post: “I’m a proud cosponsor of the Equal Shot Act, which protects firearm-related businesses from anti-gun bias by federal bureaucrats. I will always protect Louisianans’ Second Amendment rights.”
In an evening update on July 25, Letlow returned to discussing the “Big, Beautiful Bill,” emphasizing its focus on families: “The Big, Beautiful Bill is pro-family at its core. Thanks to our work, newborns babies will receive an automatic payment of $1,000 – allowing them to realize the full benefits of lifelong investing.
